A fun run open to all

Gladstone parkrun is a brilliant way to start the weekend. Just turn-up at Saturday at 8.55am and run with people of all abilities, with huge support all the way around!

Practice a hill climb

You run two laps of an inside course of Gladstone Park and there are some easy hilly parts, resembling the short, moderate hill you'll run on in the Blenheim Palace grounds.

Check your progress

You don't have to time yourself although many like to map their progress over the weeks and see how they're doing alongside other runners in their age or ability groups.
